The products we stock at Velocity Tech Solutions are off lease equipment, and parts purchased from reputable vendors.

When products arrive at our facility, they are placed through rigorous testing from our certified Dell Technicians and if they do not meet our HIGH standards, they are sent back to the vendor.

The products that passed our techs’ testing are then placed in stock in our 20,000 sq ft. climate-controlled warehouse.

Items are then placed back into our techs hands to test them again. If the product meets the testing requirements it then makes its way to the shipping department.

Our shipping department takes great care when packing our products to ensure you receive your shipment in the same pristine condition as when it leaves our warehouse. We invest in custom server packing material which includes two-wall corrugated custom boxes and custom ethatom ends and inserts. Our packing and shipping team has been with us for over 9 years. .
