Q: What are your hours?

A: Velocity Tech Solutions is open Monday through Friday 7AM to 6PM (Central Time).

Q: Is your equipment refurbished?

A: Almost all of our servers are pre-owned by large corporations. This means they have been well taken care of by a team of IT professionals in a safe, climate-controlled data warehouse.

We have them carefully decommissioned, gently packed and shipped to our warehouse where our certified technicians send them through thorough testing and prepare them for their next assignment.

Velocity Tech Solutions does not purchase refurbished equipment out of repair facilities. Our servers have not regained life by repair. We fully back all of our servers with our 100% Parts Replacement 1 Year Warranty. We are confident you will not find better equipment or a more knowledgeable staff than Velocity Tech Solutions!

Q: Can I get my part/parts shipped today so I have it/them by tomorrow morning?

A: Fast, efficient and accurate service is one of our specialties. Rarely do we fail to get a part out the same day if ordered by 2pm CST. If it is after 2pm, call us and chances are great that we can still rush your order through. We understand that when your server is down the pressure is on YOU!


Q: How do I return an item or request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)?

A: Go to https://velocitytechsolutions.com/RMA-Request/ and proceed to fill out the form. We will reply to you with an RMA # to include on the outside of your packaging.

Alternately, login to your account. Next, click on the "Completed Orders" link (the 3rd link down) and then click on the "Return Item(s)" button on the right hand side, next to the order that contains the item/s you wish to return. Then, proceed to fill out the simple form, including the reason for your return. Again, we will reply to you with an RMA # to include on the outside of your packaging.

This RMA # is required on all items to be returned to Velocity Tech Solutions, prior to shipping it back.


Q: How do I find my Dell service tag?

Q: How do I clear my shopping cart or update the quantity?

A: To clear your shopping cart, go to your shopping cart by clicking on the "View Cart" link at the top of the website. Then, click the "Remove" link next to the item/s that you would like to clear from your cart.

To update the quantity, you can enter the desired quantity number in the box next to your product and then click the "Update Quantity" button at the bottom left of your cart. That's it!


Q: How do I check my order status?

A: First, log in to your account. Once logged in, you can click the 'Order Status' link (the 2nd link down on the page) to view the current status. Your shipping tracking number/s will also be there if available at that time. Typically, tracking numbers become available after 4:30 PM Central Time.
